Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your mailbox accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you wish to redirect mails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
